Do join us for those two games. For now, goodbye and stay safe.. Dinesh Chandimal | Player of the Match: I am really happy with the innings. Some balls come on and some had spongy bounce. The plan was to bat through the powerplay and carry on. I knew it was tough for the new batsman, so I had to keep going. I tried to take boundaries in the first two overs but they didn't allow me to do that. I went again in the 5th over against Kyle and it came off. He (Russell) was cool as cucumber and I knew he is a match-winner. He just told me to stay there and go after the right bowlers. The conditions are really good. It was a bit tough with the new ball, needed to select the right strokes and rotate the strike. Angelo Mathews | Winning captain: We turned that wanting to win into a win today. In the last few games we were a bit lethargic but today we were there and played some good cricket. It is all about discipline and taking wickets. Jaffna have a strong batting and bowling line-up. We had to play our A game to win. Our plan was to take wickets and we have the bowling options to do that. It is still a long way to go. We have four more games to go and we have to play good cricket to qualify. He (Viyaskanth) bowled really well and credit should go to him. I haven't seen him before but I wish him all the best. Thisara Perera | Losing captain: As professional cricketers we have to be ready for a win or a loss. We were looking for more than 180 but it didn't work out. We are trying to send our good batsmen up front but we lost too many wickets in the powerplay. As a bowling unit we did a good job. He (Viyaskanth) is a newcomer and I am really impressed with his performance. Even after his departure there was no panic from the Kings as Chandimal was still there and he got them over the line with four balls to spare.
